Year in Twitter, a service to build a summary of Twitter activity, has been shutdown.

Year in Twitter was deployed on a Free dyno on Heroku. Free dynos were made unavailable by Heroku
(https://devcenter.heroku.com/changelog-items/2461) in August 2022. I decided not to re-deploy the
service on a VM, or on another service.

The code for Year in Twitter is open source and available on GitHub at
https://github.com/icyflame/year-in-twitter.
